【瑜伽/運動/下腰背/臀部/痛症/眼部疲勞/精神欠佳】經常久坐令屁股肉很痠痛?TOPick近日邀請到美女健身教練Cathy與節目主持懷鈺一起做運動,Cathy教練教授2個簡單動作,只要每日做10次就能夠放鬆下腰背和臀部,紓緩屁股痠痛情況。Cathy同時分享1個簡單練習,幫助放鬆眼睛,改善乾澀、沒精打采的狀態。
2個動作放鬆下腰臀部
下腰背臀部動作1
- 首先整個身體趴在瑜伽墊上,肚子緊貼瑜伽墊;
- 吸氣時緩慢地提起右腳;
- 升至頂端後維持1秒,然後放下;
- 再提起左腳,重複動作;
- 如此互相交替做10次。
注意呼吸要保持平穩和緩慢,提起腳時應感受到臀部和大腿後方位置有輕微的拉扯感。

下腰背臀部動作2
- 首先躺在瑜伽墊上,提起膝蓋;
- 緩慢地呼氣,從臀部開始頂起上半身;
- 維持1秒,然後呼氣下降;
- 重複動作10次。
頂起上半身時,臀部要用力夾緊,感覺力度延伸到整個下腰背脊椎位置。
